Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" The dino89 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at https://dino89.cam.
• "Company" The internationally registered entity that operates and is licensed to offer the Platform's services.
• "User" / "You" Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" The individual member account opened by a User following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Balance" The total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Real Money Balance" Funds deposited by the User or credited as converted bonus winnings, available for withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Bonus Balance" Promotional funds credited by the Company that are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any portion of the resulting winnings becomes withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Conduct" Any activity listed in Clause 9 of these terms.
• "IDR / Rp" Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency in which Account balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "WIB" Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) — the default time zone used for all Platform timestamps, draw schedules, and customer service hours unless stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
2. You are registering from and primarily accessing the Platform from within the territory of Indonesia.
3. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or permanently banned by dino89 for a breach of these terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. dino89 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that your use is lawful where you are located.

To access the betting, casino, and lottery services offered by dino89, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to supply accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and a preferred payment method.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonus Balance in duplicate Accounts will be voided, and the Company reserves the right to permanently ban all associated Accounts and flag the matter for further investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. dino89 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] (plain text — do not click) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Before processing any withdrawal request, dino89 requires all Account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC may also be triggered at the Company's discretion at any point during your use of the Platform, including before a deposit is credited or a bonus is activated.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during standard business hours (WIB). Where additional documentation is required, the support team will contact you via the email address registered on your Account. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until KYC is fully approved.

All deposits on dino89 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — will be returned and may trigger an Account review. dino89 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.

The Company reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any Account at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming tools have been activated by the User or applied by the Company under its player protection framework. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on dino89:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified Accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method (bank account or e-wallet) used for the Account's most recent deposit. The Company reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specific previously used method for fraud prevention purposes.
3. The name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the legal name registered on the dino89 Account. Withdrawals to mismatched accounts will be rejected and the funds returned to the Account balance.
4. KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests queued until verification is approved.
5. Any active Wagering Requirement on a Bonus Balance must be met in full before any portion of the associated winnings is eligible for withdrawal.
6. dino89 charges no withdrawal processing fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the User.

Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are completed within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals to other banks and e-wallets are typically completed within 30 minutes. Withdrawal processing runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi.

dino89 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry higher multipliers, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements may be met on any slot title. Contributions from live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and sports bets toward wagering requirements vary by promotion and are specified on the promotion page.
• Wagering Validity: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited if the requirement is not met within this period.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and derived winnings voided.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless specified otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings is 10x the original bonus amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a Wagering Requirement is outstanding will void the existing bonus.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the dino89 sportsbook. Game-specific rules for slots, live casino, and togel lottery markets are published within each respective game or product section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. dino89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet is placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum single-bet stake is Rp 1.000. Maximum stakes vary by market, sport, and event and are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before completion. Void bets are refunded to the Account balance at the original stake amount.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: In a mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet), if one leg is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs and the odds are recalculated accordingly. A minimum of two active legs is required for a mix parlay to remain valid.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola): Asian handicap markets follow standard international rules. Quarter-ball handicaps result in split outcomes where half the stake is settled on each adjacent handicap line.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability and market availability. The Company is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Results & Settlement: All bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF, MPL). dino89 reserves up to 72 hours to investigate and correct settlement errors where official results are disputed or subsequently revised.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dino89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or facilitating another person in doing so.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform interaction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access odds, or interact with the Platform in any way not provided by dino89's own interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void and will be recovered from the Account balance.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple platforms or markets with the intent of locking in risk-free profits irrespective of outcome — is classified as Prohibited Conduct on the dino89 sportsbook.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, including in live casino table games.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or Account bans.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support agents or other Platform users.

dino89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 60 days of an Account reaching cumulative deposits of Rp 5.000.000.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder under the Responsible Gaming framework.
• A request from a competent legal or regulatory authority.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant and may be closed after 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than fraud or Prohibited Conduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools described on the Responsible Gaming page. Voluntary self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

All content on the dino89 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights and may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dino89 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting opportunities due to Platform downtime, maintenance, or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from bets placed on incorrect odds due to data feed errors, provided those errors are corrected and communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption to e-wallet or bank transfer services caused by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Any loss arising from changes to the legal or regulatory environment in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction that affects a User's ability to access or use the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by Users of the dino89 Platform is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time at dino89.cam/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy covers, among other topics, the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and the procedures for submitting data access or deletion requests.

dino89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on record at least 7 calendar days before the revised terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange Account closure and return of any verified Real Money Balance.

The version number and "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicate the currently effective version of these terms. Prior versions are archived and available upon written request to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed to operate online gaming services internationally. The Company does not represent that the Platform is operated in compliance with the laws of Indonesia, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent or restrain any breach of these terms, including but not limited to breaches related to intellectual property, fraud, or money laundering.
